IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN EARLIER?

It is possible to check in early, subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend that you contact us by phone or email directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements.

IS INTERNET AVAILABLE?

We offer free wifi internet access throughout the villa. Upon arrival you will be given a username and password. 

DO RATES INCLUDE FOOD & BEVERAGE?

Our rates do not include food and beverage; however, if you would like to have snacks and beverage stocked and/or a in home chef, these services can be added for an additional fee to your existing reservation.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS ALLOWED TO STAY?

Maximum amount of guests allowed is six (6) guests. No additional guests will be permitted.

HOW DO I INDICATE A SPECIAL REQUEST WITH MY RESERVATION?

We'll do everything possible to accommodate your request(s) for a memorable vacation. If there are any questions or concerns you may have about your stay, you can contact us at stay@blusolevilla.com. You can also get in touch by chat.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE A RESERVATION ONCE IT HAS BEEN MADE?

If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the our cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process. Please note that any changes or cancellations to an existing reservation that is less than 5 days (120 hours) of check in will not be reimbursed 100% of the reservation of the vacation home rental.
